Forschungsinteressen

  • My research focuses on genetics of animal populations. In particular, I am exploring how population genetic approaches can contribute to finding genes underwent past selection in the course of domestication.
  • I also study recombination and currently am involved in building up a high resolution joint physical & genetic map of cattle.
