The aim of the proposed project is to investigate in a model network how cooperation between heterogeneous scientific institutions can lead to successful knowledge and technology transfer without additional superordinate structures. To this end, each network partner will define an exemplary service for cross-institutional use in the network, develop it into a prototype module and offer it to the other partners for use. During a test phase, the prototype service modules will be used in day-to-day business and examined for their suitability. In addition to a technical evaluation, a legally secure procedure will be developed for a binding compensation of services between the partners of the network. The transferability of the model to other regional networks and service modules is explained in a concept paper. The project is coordinated by FBN.
