‘Rostock's Eleven’ - Rostock science communication competition for the first time at the FBN

|   Veranstaltungen

After winning the competition last year with FBN PhD student Annkatrin Pahl, the FBN is hosting the competition for young researchers this year

It's that time again: on Thursday, 6 June, eleven scientists from Rostock and the surrounding area will be competing for the most convincing presentation of their findings. They come from institutes at the university, the Thünen Institute of Baltic Sea Fisheries, the Research Institute of Farm Animal Biology, the Max Planck Society, the Leibniz Association and the Fraunhofer Society.

The ‘Rostock's Eleven’ workshop is organised by the [Rostock denkt 365°] association and is taking place for the 15th time this year.
An expert jury consisting of eleven journalists working throughout Germany will judge the quality of the presentations. The best presentation will be honoured on Friday.

We cordially invite all interested media representatives to the award ceremony:
Friday, 7 June, 12:30 pm, in the Chamber Music Hall of the HMT, Beim St.-Katharinenstift 8, 18055 Rostock.
Further information on the competition and the candidates for this year's competition can be found at http://www.rostock365.de/rostocks11.
