Research Units


The foundation of FBN’s interdisciplinary and systemic research approach is the close cooperation of highly specialised researchers with different scientific back grounds on the FBN campus. Cooperation takes place on all levels of the biological system. Main Efforts are targeted towards elucidating the biological causes of traits as well as performance of livestock.Disciplinary excellence is provided by six research units and one research group.
