Farm animals’ coping with automated devices which reward certain behaviours as well as vocalisations of farm animals are being investigated under realistic but controlled conditions using bioacoustical and behavioural analysis methods. For this we use ethological and informatics laboratories as well as experimental pens with low sound reflection.
